Shipping

National Shipping (New Zealand)

All national orders are couriered for $5 flat rate and FREE for orders over $100. Orders can be sent to PO Box, work, private, and rural addresses. Standard delivery time is 1-4 days. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

Orders sent from endemicworld.com are sent by courier post, it's a non-signature required service so your order will be left at your door or in your letterbox if you are not home to receive it. If there isn't a safe place the courier   will leave a card to call with details of how to get your order.

Some orders or parts of orders are sent directly from the designer themselves, shipping details are provided on every product page.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using New Zealand Post Air Mail. This means as an endemicworld.com customer you get the security, efficiency and quality handling of New Zealand Post services. Unfortunately they do not offer a tracking service. In the future this may change. Contact us if you want to arrange tracked shipping for your order.

Delivery Times

The target delivery days are based on historical performance to major cities around the world. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is held in customs, may take longer.

New Zealand 1-3 days
Australia 4-6 days
Rest of world 5-10 days

* Please note that a 'day' refers to a working day.

Payment Options

Credit Card and Debit Card (master card, visa, amex), payments are processed securely by Payment Express. Your credit card is debited when we dispatch your order. We never store your details and run heavy duty fraud checks.

Internet banking details are provided during check out and in your order confirmation email, orders are dispatched after your funds clear, usually overnight.

If you like to pay by cheque call us and we can take your order over the phone.

Returns

Below is our address if you need to return something, please include your order slip and all of the order contents in good condition. We can't accept used/damaged returns. We recommend using a tracked service, we can't insure lost returns. If you would like a replacement check with us in advance to see if it is in stock.
