Bio/Company History:
Established in 2004 umbrella has worked with a handful of subcontractors, and a number of clients designing publications, gallery identities, exhibition identities, and all types of arts-related collateral for New Zealand’s creative industries. Umbrella published two catalogues in 2007, and is now beginning work on with another New Zealand contemporary art catalogue, to be released in 2009. Jessica has worked in-house at the Govett-Brewster (2002-2004) and is currently in-house as a graphic & publication designer at the National Gallery of Victoria (until mid-2008).
What drives you?
New things – new outcomes, new phases of understanding,.. both in the design sense, as I am interested in working on projects that access and encourage new audiences, but also through exchange - learning with each new event and conversation.

People I know and love – each in their own weird ways.
