T Double L stands for Tina Louise Lumsden

With a background in the fashion industry it was time for a change moving back home and escaping the rat race of Auckland.  I knew I still wanted to work with Textiles and design but just not clothing so it hit me just like that cushions; and it just went from there!  Starting off driving down to the Aotea Markets in Auckland once a fortnight  to getting  established in stores I have never looked back becoming self employed.  I love it!!

I am focused on producing top quality products inspired by the NZ landscape

 

What drives you?

To build the business bigger and better than the year before

 

Inspiration?

Everything beyond the front door!

 

What are you doing when you don’t do this?

Always working (just ask my friends)  However I love spending time with my whanau and eating heaps of yummy kai!

Both from the growers market here in Whangarei! Yummm!!!!!

 

If you could spend the day with anyone who would it be and why?

Whanau, friends and my fella!  You can never have enough of these days to just hang out and enjoy and laugh and eat!

None if I didn’t really have to, the technology gene seemed to bypass me.
