The Story
Sprout Bag 23 "Onion" was designed by Sonya Malik. Born in Buckinghamshire, UK, grew up in Kobe, Japan, Sonya now practices as a freelance graphic designer in Dunedin, New Zealand, and that's less than half the story. She has managed to succesfully blend her love of the environment, a Bsc and an MSc in Biology and Environmental Technology, with her love of graphic art and printed media.
Conceived in October 2005 by Machiko Niimi and Elizabeth Vanderburg, The Sprout Bag Project from Ooid in Dunedin, New Zealand is full of limited edition graphics from collaborating designers worldwide.
These Organic Cotton Bags are primo for showing your planet some love but at the same time being part of a creative collaboration. Ooid and endemicworld.com love receiving photos of you using your bag around the world.
