The Story
Papercup consists of mother daughter duo Frances & Virginia McMullen. These two were born creative, and have always been definite DIYers. They started Papercup (encompassing clothing, jewellery, cards, bags, housewares) in 2005 while both still working full time. Their frustration at not being able to devote all their time to creative projects soon grew, so they decided to chuck their crummy jobs & create a platform to feed their creative desires. They opened their own shop!
Swonderful is a small boutique style store in Brooklyn, Wellington & now home to Papercup. Papercup embraces all things cute & crafty and is inspired by French cinema, 1950’s illustration &
