You could say that designing jewellery is in my blood. My great-grandfather was a manufacturing jeweller and watch maker. We have his old wooden tool box at home and it is bought out from time to time. You could spend hours exploring it's contents, marvelling at the intricacy of the unusual tools and materials whose names and functions have long since been forgotten. About 8 months ago i found a set of 3 vintage clockhands in the tool box and was inspired to make them from silver to wear on a chain. Receiving frequent compliments, i decided it would be a great opportunity to design a whole range of necklaces all inspired by my great-grandfathers vintage clockhands.
