Bio/Company History:
Black Box was established by Chris Williams / photographer and Pam Goode / producer and is based in Auckland, New Zealand producing commercial photography for a range of advertising and design clients.
Chris Williams: Born and bred in Auckland left school as quickly as he could. After completing a course in typography while spending most of his time playing music and behaving moderately badly Chris decided to travel and make his hobby, taking photos, his job and has gone on to direct and produce award winning documentaries and is an award winning commercial photographer.
Pam Goode: Born in Titoki to newly immigrated British parents and raised in Bennydale and Paparoa while her family ran country stores and then country pubs. One of those quite impractical types who is surprisingly good at making things like food and clothes. After studying and teaching English and Film at Auckland University, specializing in immigrant fiction and photography of the American Midwest, and a brief detour in clothing design, she left to work as a photographic producer working with Chris Williams.

Raising four kids, two dogs and not doing the gardening.
