SHIPPING
* If you order before midnight Monday 22nd we will deliver your order in time for Christmas (this does not include items made to order, rural or interntaional delivery addresses).
We are open 24/7 during Christmas and New Years. There will be no deliveries made on public holidays (December 25th +26th and January 1st). Depending on when you place your order some deliveries will take 1-2 days longer.
National Shipping (New Zealand)
All national orders are couriered for $6 flat rate and FREE for orders over $200.
All national orders are tracked for free.
Orders can be sent to PO Box, work, private, and rural addresses.
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will arrive the following day*
* this does not include orders made on a Friday as there is no Saturday delivery.
* deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
* some items are sent from the supplier ( e.g. items made to order). Delivery times for these items are indicated on product pages.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped using New Zealand Post Air Mail. This means as an endemicworld.com customer you get the security, efficiency and quality handling of New Zealand Post services.
Tracking
We track all orders within New Zealand for free. So you do not need to worry about your order going missing in transit.
We use New Zealand Post Air Mail for international orders. Unfortunately they do not offer a tracking service. In the future this may change.
Delivery Times
The target delivery days are based on historical performance to major cities in New Zealand and around the world. You can expect that items sent to a particular zone will usually arrive at their destination within the time frame specified. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is held in customs, may take longer.
