The Story "TL+C, TENDER LOVE + Carry, TOUGH LOVE + Carry was launched in November 2007. It was developed to add a bit of style to an every day item which is often forgotten about, unloved, tatty and old. We decided that the basic necessity of a cosmetic bag/toiletry kit needed a touch of LOVE added to it. So that’s what we have done."
